How does the ignition coil mount in a 1992 G8?

Hi everybody i just purchased a g8 golf cart that wasn't running and wouldn't even turn over i figured the wiring out to get it turning over when the gas pedal is depressed however when i got to the ignition coil wires they didn't have any connectors and the coil was in the dash compartment im trying to see where the coil bolts too ive taken the cover off but have not located any mounting holes any help would be appreciated i will attach photos fo your review... please excuse the wiring once i get it firing i will go back and soilder and heat shrink them and loom them

It mounts on the cooling shroud on the front side of the motor, there should be 2 holes provisioned there for the coil.

However, it appears you're missing a lot of the cooking fan shrouds. You are going to want to replace them or that motor is gonna overheat and cause you all sorts of problems.

I have the cooling shrouds. Could someone post exactly where the coil mounts, I'm not seeing any holes for mounting on the front of the engine.

So, post a picture of the remaining shroud parts that arent yet installed. That's the part with the holes for coil mount.

There is a lot of the shroud that's missing in your pics.
