Yamaha golf cart help
I have a new to me Yamaha. And it’s in rough shape. Not sure about model here is the number, JF 2–808224. Also fired it up and looks like oil and air is seeping around the cover by the clutch. I beleive it is the crank case. The previous owner said that there where bolts missing that hold it on. Could you help me find the model so I can find bolts?

Re: Yamaha golf cart help
JF2 should be a G-8, but I don't see anything above 400,xxx. If that were JF2-308224 it would be a 1993 model.

Re: Yamaha golf cart help
The bolts you are after are metric sized, you should find them at any auto parts store. Find one that is on the engine already that fits, then take that one with you to the parts store.
