If its lean, it probably needs to be taken all the way apart and cleaned, every bit of it. The pilot screw is for fine-tuning, not big adjustment. Unless other modifications have been done, in which case the screw likely won't get you what you need. if it is a crappy aftermarket carb, consider "fixing it" into the trash can.

I have cleaned the carb and as far as I know it’s Stock.
There has been no modifications done to the cart and I’ve changed the gaskets & checked for air leaks. So maybe it’s just a minor adjustment??

Keep in mind that the adjustment screw is only for idle mixture. If you are running lean at speeds other than idle, and there are no obvious causes like loose fitting airbox, or other air leaks, and the carb is clean, I'd look into changing jets. Don Plowman sells performance kits which includes richer running jets.

On Plowmans performance upgrade he adds a main jet for this.
Or you can maybe drill yours out
