Yamaha Drive RPM limit

Just bought a new Drive and will be mounting a tach. What is the recommended max RPM for this cart? What RPM is set at the factory? I don't want to blow it up, just looking for more speed.

The Drive should not disappoint you! I have one myself with a tachometer. With the factory settings, the tach was reading around 2600 rpm. Yet as long as you stay under 3500 rpm you will be fine according to the specs.

See here for the rpm's the 357cc runs around. Look under the subtitle of "Horsepower."
