Default Loose tie rod

Just bought a 1996 G16AP and the front steering is loose as heck stemming from tie rod.

What's the best way to tighten this up, and how do I do it?

I found this little screw with flat head type on top. Learned that if you tighten it it tightens your steering wheel. It fixed my problem.
Should I also fill that with a fluid lubricant like hydronic fluid?

Are you getting old and cranky Mike? Have a cocktail and relax. Dutchmike, take the 4 10mm bolts off the steering box plate, pack with grease (I like "Moly" grease), once plate is reinstalled, with the front end jacked up, turn the pitman adjusting screw in a 1/4 turn at a time till when you turn the steering wheel with your finger you feel a bind, then turn the screw back a 1/4 turn till you feel no binding from lock to lock and tighten the jam nut. Easy peasy. winner/winner chicken dinner
