Mine has issues too. I have seen them on ebay. If the issue is the vinyl, that can be replaced, (ebay also), if it's the foam, any upho;stry shop can correct that for you. If it's the plywood, my issue, use what you have to copy a pattern on a piece of 3/4 outdoor plywood from a lumber yard. A 4x4 sheet is big enough.

found me a seat bottom today $30.00 needs recovering but foam & wood is good..
