Need communicator cable for Kinetek 500 amp controller
I just bought a used 2009 Fairplay Goat, which is basically a EZGO TXT, that had just had its original controller replaced with a Kinetek 500 amp programmable controller (KCCA003eight). I'd like to increase the top speed of the cart but I need the communicator cable (part number KCCA006eight) to connect the controller to my lab top's USB port. I called Kinetek and they referred me to their sister company, Advanced Motors & Drives, as they are the retailer. They qoated me $132.00 for the cable. I did an internet search and can't find any other retailers of this cable. Does anyone have any suggestions where I might be able to get a cable for less?
