Looking back at the pics I took it dosen't look too bad after all! I'd probably take $5,000 for it!

Holy Cow batteries are expensive. When we got the cart I told my wife they would be around $500 and from what I can find so far it's looking like around $700. Any less expensive place to get them?

Batteries are like anything else. If you shop around, you can find some good deals. That said, do some research before you buy. Trojan has long been the golf cart standard. However, there are those that will argue that. Look for a battery that is going to give you an excess of 100 amp hours. You can find smaller ones that will last for shorter periods, but from an investment point, they probably won't be worth it.

Well between the "honey dews" and yard work I got quite a bit of teardown done. I also have some ideas on how I am going to finish it. We are thinking yellow paint job with new fold down boat seats like Chloe did. I am also thinking carpet in the floor instead of the rubber mat.

I can't figure out how to get the rubber trim over the back wheels off. It feels like there is a rivet comming through the back but can't see anything on the outside.

You got a nice start on it. I think you're right about the rivets from the inside of the fender molding. Pull the bolts and pop the plastic covers on the lower trim strip to remove it. That should lead to rivets or more likely bolts holding the bottom of the front fenders in place.
I'm kind of curious as to why there us a buckle in the floor panel. I see the frame rail causing the longitudinal crimp but what caused the lateral crimp on either side?
Amazing how much dirt this things collect and retain, isn't it?

If your talking about the bump just forward of the chrome piece it's that way on both sides so I assumed it was made that way. This thing lived and worked on a horse farm/RV park so it was full of hay and horse feed (both pre and post digestion) Behind the cup holder console I found pliers, channel locks, tees, pencils, cigarette butts, screws, electrical breakers and even a horse syringe!
