1984 E-Z-GO Questions
Hello. I have a 1984 E-Z-GO electric cart. Its been stripped of the motor and batteries, and I am trying to find all my options as far as a motor is concerned. I would like to put a gas engine in it. The rear end looks like a car rear end, and would like to know if there is any way to attach an engine to it, since it has reverse.
The cart worked in both reverse and forward when the electric motor was on the cart. A friend has a gas engine and rear for a Club Car, but not sure if that would be compatible. Im fairly new to carting, so any help is appreciated. Thank you. |

Re: 1984 E-Z-GO Questions
CC used only 4 stroke motors so the rear end with it is a trans axle ... with F&R. go for it. If you can fab, you can do it. the width for spring attachment is about the same... Not saying it is plug and play, but it is do-able .
