93 marathon rear end just slipping , vroom sound
Put 23" tires on and went out for a spin got in some ruts kind of a bind but not stuck in mud or anything. cart quit pulling and motor or rear would just go vroom, vroom, vroom, in either direction pulled it to the hill and let it sit a while and all of the sudden it took off and acts normal. What the hell happend , dont wanna be stranded.

Re: 93 marathon rear end just slipping , vroom sound
Check your brake hubs For slippage. to do this remove any rear wheel covers till you see the castle nut. See if castle is spinning if it is then you need new brake hubs. Common point of failure. Mine worked firm on flat ground but wouldn't in a bind then the finally gave up the ghost.
Next I would check full pack voltage. If batteries are week you could get weird things happening Good luck. |
