Awesome news.
The best way to run lights and accessories is through a 48v to 12v converter. the main reason why is your batteries and charging them evenly. If you draw 12v off one battery it will not discharge evenly with the rest of the pack. Then charging will now be even as that one battery will need more charge time than the rest. This will cause significant decreases in that battery life. What happened when you moved cables you were pushing higher voltages to the lights, that will just end up blowing them sooner. |

Correct, that is why you need a 48 volt to 12 volt converter, to safely power your lights, radio etc. It is money well spent.
