Ok not sure why but I tryed the grey wire at back of recepticle to neg again and charger kicked on. My question is now will charger kick off? Getting 50 volts out of pack when is charger supposed to shut off? It is reading 55.5 now? Thank you!

The charger will not shutdown ever with the sense wire jumped to pack negative.
That being said, you can let it get up to 60v without problems. If you put the sense wire back to the OBC and it does not turn the charger on, then the OBC is bad. |

All I did was jump sense wire to neg. It is still also running to Inc.
