Yea that's the one I'm talking about. I use those on the older model carts. That relay has been a thorn in my side many a times, and I have even had one cart where I've had to replace it 3 or 4 times due to that many bad units. I do not believe that there is any difference in the flasher on them. They all come with LED tails these days, but the flasher is the same as the ones that had tails with normal bulbs.

MadJax has a newer configuration on the brake light kit, and now instead of all that wiring it just had a pedal pad with two wires that connects to the two wires on the harness. It's easier to install, but I haven't been all to keen on the pedal pad actuator design.

I'd be willing to bet that the relay is causing your problems. Be sure to test it vigorously as sometimes those little bastards melt apart on the inside.

I checked the relay and found out the signal flasher was not working properly. I changed it to a electronic flasher and it works perfectly. Thanks for the help!!
