Default 1991 DS Rebuild

Hello, I am usually over on the EZGO side however, I am doing a rebuild on Club Car for a friend of mine. 👍 This is my first build on a Club Car and so far so good.
Here are a few of the before pics and where we are at right now. The body is going to the paint shop this week. Hopefully we can have it back next weekend and I will post more pictures👍👍. What did you use to clean the aluminum?

not sure what was used, but I would lean towards Alumabrite.

I think it was made by Dura-Gloss. Acid based aluminum cleaner.

Right now, paint job, seat covers, and maybe some aluminum trim.

Looks good, but before you put it all back together you might want to consider taking the short leaf out of the front spring. It'll allow for more front end travel, a MUCH better ride, and be waaay easier on the front of the cart (Club Car frames tend to twist and break in the front, those stiff springs will expedite that) The springs on that particular style lift are just too stiff IMO.
