It's gonna be some bucks, let's say $700 for batts, $200 for charger, then if you lift it you will need to upgrade the controller, cables, and maybe motor. Then the cost of the lift. I'm thinking around $2000 before you're all said and done. But since you got the cart free, you will have a lifted the cart the way you want it, for $2000, which is excellent! Most carts like that have at least $3000 in them...

That is true I can decided whether to fix the electric or swap the motor to a Atv motor that I have sitting around

Choices, choices! These things are addicting! I bought mine then in the first 5 days spent almost 1300 bucks on upgrades. It sure is fun! Sky is the limit.
