That is a Club Car Caroche. Someone stuck a ford emblem and a spare tire on it.

Somewhere between a 74 and 80 model. The serial number for Club Cars made between 1975 and 1980 can be found by lifting the seat. Look on the aluminum I-beam located just inboard of the driver side battery bank
