I also use my atv jack on my golf carts they are the best. Got mine on classifieds for only $20. I have one of those winches (wireless one converted to wired). It was on my ezgo for a good time but just put it on a receiver hitch setup. Still works great 4 years now.

Sweet. I'm trying to figure out how I will mount it right now. Cut the body down on the front and fab up a plate?

Nope. I've been SLAMMED with house work lately. Trying to get out of one and into another. I'm going to dive into that as soon as I get settled. I'm not sure that my front end isnt out of alignment somehow. It always looks slanted to the left side based on the body! I'll post a pic when I can...........

Is it converted yet ?

Take all the old components out ..... throw out everything but the motor and the key

It is easier to do with the rear body off ... Not necessary but easier because you need to add a brace for the controller mount up behind the seat. The rear body is only held on by a handful of bolts

Your new components will mount like this.

I'll be callin' ya a few times before it's all over SCOTTY!!!!!!!! I'm gonna dive in to it tomorrow. It's down to the bare frame!

One question first off, when I mount the PB-16 on the frame and connect my throttle linkage to it it hits the frame on the bottom of the linkage. Any suggestions? Can I drill a hole higher up on the arm of the PB-16 to put my ball-pin linkage holder in and raise the clearance, so to speak?
