Re: project ezgo before and after
its a 99 ezgo txt, i purchaced it from a backyard fixit guy, it smoked a bit and had some body issues like gouges in the body and it had been painted with no prep work there was overspray everywhere.
so at the end of the season at the park i braught the old girl home for a overhaul. motor came out and bored out as the cyl were tarnished and scored terrible and i did the valves and timing belt, cleaned up the clutches they were not to bad, put on a 40" belt, that was a chore. and a 8" lift, then the body and paint, it took forever, sanding priming sanding priming and painting, sanding, you get the idea, i then wanted to use some can am wheels i had kicking around so i machined up some adapters. then stereo and amp, lights, gauges, exhaust, and the list goes on, anyway thanks for lookin. any coments feel free to post them. Quadfather, Did the lift bolt on rather easy? I saw that lift and was curious about it. How did you add another inch? Can you include some close up photos?
Thanks, David J. |
