Default G9 Airbox. Replacement? Aftermarket Options?

New cart owner, new to forum. Thanks in advance for the wealth of knowledge that exists on this forum.

Anyone know of any aftermarket air boxes for the G9? New to me cart was not running without the choke being pulled, so was looking at the airbox and its seal, and saw a quarter-sized hole in the bottom of the filter chamber.

If not replacement boxes, or aftermarket boxes, best material to patch the airbox?

Thanks again.

Early airbox's used a grommet at the bottom (90480-14100-00). Air box lid seal (50m-14462-00-00) and straps (j10-14436-00-00) are critical for sealing.

Thank you for the reply. The grommet in the bottom is still there, the hole I have is a worn-through or a break.

Thanks for the other part numbers as I will get them if I can get this hole patched.

Thanks Dave, that's what my trial was gonna be, and then cover with some adhesive.

Should I use a special color of duck tape?

Well, I got the duct tape applied, and seems to be running somewhat better. Still no air filter in it, maybe still drawing a bit more air then supposed to. New tune-up kit, rubber straps and air box gasket on the way.

Might this there is some fuel issues existing also. As per the suggestions on this website, I will be going through the fuel system tonight.
