Default 48 volt factory CC charger

Guys I picked up a 48 volt Club Car DS but the charger kicks on and off and doesn't charge. I tried using my 48 volt Precedent charger and it tried to work but it to kicked off. Where should I start looking?

Since you tried another charger and it did the same thing, the cart is more than likely to blame. Disconnect the main negative cable for at least 10 minutes to reset the OBC (on board computer). Then reconnect the cable and try to charge. What year is the DS?

Ok I installed all new US batteries and used 2 different known to be good 48 volt chargers and it still won't charge. When I put the new batteries in the cart which by the way is a 95 DS ran great. When I tried a good charger to charge the batteries I still got nothing from the charger. What should I look at next?

Check the 10ga red wire that goes to the #1 battery positive. Make sure it's connected
