Default Started my 99 DCS rebuild need some advice

So I've got the thing completely apart...and wow...talk about dirt and rust. I think I pulled 10lbs of dirt out of the thing :) Anyway, here are my dilemas:

1.) I need to replace the battery tray/rack as it is totally rusted through in a couple spots. I can't find anyone who sells them. I don't want to weld myself, I just want to bolt a new one in. Anyone know of a company?

2.) The frame up front and in the battery rack area has some pretty major rust spots. Is it worth it to have some sandblast the whole frame and repowdercoat? Any had this done and how much does this usually cost? Or should I just wire brush, disc sand the bad spots and respray paint?

3.) Is it worthwhile to have the floor and a couple of other little misc pieces sandblasted and repowdercoated?

Thanks!

It sounds to me like you may need somebody to weld up the trays and fix the frame for you? Any golf cart shop or welders around?
