G9 Crankcase Bearings
Rebuilding my 1994 G9 motor... Now much slack should the crank bearings have? I see one of them is a 6306 and the other is a 6307C3 which i found the specs on and see it's a "loose fit" bearing for the clutch side.

Re: G9 Crankcase Bearings
Ok alternative question? I'm probably going to go ahead and replace the bearings since they may have run dry at some point. Do you have to press the bearings out of a G9 motor and press the new ones in or can you tap them in and out with a hammer and drift?

Re: G9 Crankcase Bearings
Just tap them in with hammer and drift. just me, but I also back the bearings with grease for brake in insurance.
