Also, cart now requires different brake shoes for driver & passenger side.

i actually prefer this set up over the g16 assembly, so next week I'm going to be picking up the passenger side assembly from the g2 so both sides will match. This assembly seems ALOT beefier as far as the self adjuster and springs go.

I was lucky enough today to find that the G1 rear I pulled the axle and tubes from have new brakes, backing plate and all on both sides. So I now have brand new brakes on my G2 rear differential bolted into my G1.

It's always nice to have good brakes, eh Yammy?

absolutely man, I cant wait to see the braking difference compared to last year lol. Considering I only had brakes on one side. Before I had to put the pedal right to the floor and engage the ebrake to stop, now the pedal does its job at a little over the halfway point. I'm just glad I could share the info with people regarding interchangeable parts. The parts guy I got this assembly from also said some club car brake assemblies are interchangeable as well, I do not know that first hand though.
