Default g1 slow to go

seems slow to go when it gets moving its fine cluth seals no leak compression 110 new carb. here is a

Hope you don't run it around with no airbox connected that will kill it quickly. Try putting the jets out of the old carb into the new one lot of people seem to have problems with that.

this was running great for 4 months and now as of late this started the new carb was 4-5 months ago and was running strong until lately

Is carb dirty? Could also be exhaust plugged up that is another common thing with G1. Try sticking something up the tailpipe like a big wire and move it around. If that does not work take the pipe loose on the head enough to make a big leak there, just start it and see if its better as a test then you will know.

Is your fuel pump ok? Seems like you aren't getting enough gas to get things going.

My G1 did the same thing when I forgot to hook up the linkage that controls the exhaust butterfly. The butterfly was closed and the engine would start but would not climb rpms. I ended up removing exhaust butterfly.
I would say your issue could be exhaust related. (plugged or restricted) and like Sho says the airbox being disconnected is no good for the tune or the engine
