Default Should I Convert to 48V

Have a 91 Marathon, and am looking at buying a new controller and motor. Is it worth going to 48v, I read where the motor has a higher horse power at 48v but will it give me longer run time? Also what else would I have to upgrade to do it?

If you liked 36volt, you'll love 48volt.

You would need a batteries, charger, controller, solenoid with correct resistors and diode, cables

The stock motor will not be affected by 48v usage other than the fact it will spin much faster, which is a good thing.

My 48v conversion runs 22mph on stock diameter tires.
