I don't know about, at what voltage it shuts down, but here is a useful guide to percentage of charge for different voltage systems. I found this on a sticky.

Thanks BBBHC.

37, This buggy is a single Navitas with FRK on top.

I continued to diagnose the root issue of no go. Using the FRK schematic, I verified all 10 inputs to controller are good. Appears there are other small gauge wires to the controller not listed on the FRK or Classic diagram.

No FWD or REV switching control signals from controller to switching contactor. Also, only 22V out of F terminal of controller. A and F terminals are 49.4V all the time with key on. No change switching FWD or REV or with accel pedal depressed.

Time to pull the controller and see what's going on inside.

Unable to locate controller schematic. Any insight where to find?

Correction (since I don't see edit button) - All 7 inputs to controller correct. 3 outputs to contactors (FWD, REV and 4WD) do not go low to energize contactor, always 49.4V.

A and AF terminals 49.4V. F terminal 22V

Greatly appreciate if anyone has a Navitas DSE1000 controller schematic.

UPDATE - sent controller in to FSIP for reman. They stated the power supply failed.

I check motors for shorts. Resistance measurements almost 0ohms. Pulled motors and cleaned brush deposits from field and armature. Resistance measurements now .5ohms. Tested each motor using 12V - ran good. Pulled 32amps - good.

Check controller to heat sink contact - only outer 3/8" of heat sink (length wise) making contact with controller.
Controller is flat, heat sink is warped. Surfaced heat sink til flat. Applied very light film of thermal paste and installed controller. Test run buggy on blocks - controller working as expected.

Side note - Steering very loose. Inner tie rod ends and steering rack end to tie rod end steering plate all loose - tighten. Steering rack internals loose. Found recall on steering rack issue - Steering recall 12-022 https://www.cpsc.gov/Recalls/2011/ba...d-crash-hazard

Hope this helps someone out.

So did you finally get it going? I just bought a 2006 BBB that is dead and I have a feeling I'm going to have a lot of troubleshooting to do. Thanks to all for the wiring diagrams and insight.
