I have tested each battery with my multimeter.

Just tested with multimeter while cart is in operation.
As soon as i hit the gas, it went from 50.1 down to 46.1 when i got back from the test drive it is at 49.1. Sent from my SM-S907VL using Tapatalk |

Yep - that 7.5 battery is in the worst condition, obviously - but replacing just one battery with an older pack of others, means that new battery pretty much gets sacrificed. It won't stay in good shape very long.

Good batteries will usually sit around 8.45 - 8.55v at rest after a full charge. They also should not drop below 48v when under load. Maybe climbing a steep hill they fall below that, but not on flat ground just trying to start rolling. |
