Ok cart works in forward and reverse now. But.... When I move the switch from forward to reverse it sparks. Litteraly caught on fire once. Is it just because I still have it on Jack stands and the wheels havent stopped completely when I flip tje switch?

The FNR diagram posted does not match the wiring diagram posted.

Your cart year model happened during a transition from negative key switch to positive key switch activation.

The FNR diagram posted is for a "negative activation" key switch, the correct diagram for a "negative key switch" is below:

You can also re-wire your FNR for a "positive key switch" which is the original diagram posted:

Are you saying the cart is moving the wheels without pressing the "go" pedal?

Never switch direction while the wheels are moving.

Ok I have power to the switch rather key is on or off. When I move the switch to forward or reverse it sparks the wheels turns slowly by there selves if I hit the break they stop. I hit the pedal they go fast.
Problem is there's power to the switch rather key is on or off. And the f/r switch sparks and even ingited once when I switch it. It's hard to find the neutral spot in the middle to get it to quit sparking. So power cables ate disconnected for now. Drives well goes back n forth but switch sparks and power all the time rather key on or off.

Still same problem. Power all tje time rather key on or off. Sparks when I move forward reverse switch.

Still same problem power all tje time even with key off. Sparks when I move f/r switch
