heres a few pics of my set up on my g9, the airfilter really needs a clean and a prefilter though. I have the plowmans jet kit though just FYI so a bigger main and pilet jet

VHT is the only header paint period. Nothing else is worth trying.

Saber, did you hog out your muffler interior, or just put a larger tail pipe on?

What happen with the fuel pump? I thought the fuel pump had to run with the stock airbox for proper function...?

fuel pump runs off of a pulse line to the engine somewhere, possibly the crankcase or intake tube.
