thx!
Does anyone know how to tell what year your rearend is? I want to order the high speed 6:1 gears and they are telling me they need the axle year to make sure they send the right ones.

Without that I guess i will need to tear it down and measure the bearings.

I was looking and want to say nice work!

A question will the watts link connect to the cradle or the frame?
Are the control rods in parallel with the cradle?

Thanx
watts link pivot bolts to the axle cradle which is center of axle/frame rails

the control arms (both same length) will connect to the frame and they run parrell with the cradle/axle

anyone know of where to get an online repair manual for a gas ezgo? I have had no luck finding one so far.

I need to split my diff to install the high speed gears and a manula would be nice.

Hey fritster, when asking a question you need to let some one know what you are asking about like in your post below ( What rear end they make a lot of them )This might be why no one is answering you because they dont know what your talking about--

And about the rear end I think it is a ezgo after going back and reading all your post--Take the 4/5 bolt out of the axle tube at the housing and the axle and everything will slide out, check these manuals and see if you can find some help, if not let me know I'll see what I can find-

thanx for the advice and the help!
UPDATE on my build:

I started with only the frame and will be soon finished with the suspension. I will post pics of the suspension and how well it works or NOT..lol After the suspesion is done I will move on to mount the engine, wire it up, radiator, gas tank, and all the stuff to crank it, then brakes, clutch, gas pedal, steering, and last.... build a complete aluminum body for it (jeep look) with a roll cage, seats, guages etc. and have it custom painted to match my jeep in my signature...

Will take me a few months I think... but it will be one fine *** machine when i am done

My wife and kids do not see much of me since i started LOL

Looks good. On my buggy it goes straight to the axle like an ATV and it works out just fine for me
