Question Driven clutch problem on Workhorse?

Sorry to intrude (I have a Club Car ) but I have a question about a Workhorse driven clutch. We have 2 at work (campground) that act up on hills. Will not downshift on hills unless you stop. 98% of the time it will shift up almost as soon as you get rolling. From what I can find using search, it's the driven clutch acting up. Can the driven clutch be overhauled or is this better to just replace it? I can't seem to find any info on this using search.
Thanks.

Tim
