im going to take some pics of the motor , i just got to buy or fab up the engine cradle, figure out a spot to relocate the rad. and and do some porting to the heads and other tweaks i like to do , this cart should run like crazy , i already have 22x10x8 lumber jack tires on it , the reason im doing this to this cart is the motor is getting tired and i use it every day on my 10 acres to take car of the animals , kill the weeds and other stuff , i need another rear end or the input shaft and driven clutch because some how the belt came off one day and bent the input shaft , so if anyone has any of that stuff laying around please pm me. i really need it and dont want break the bank since im already doing a big block swap ,oh and i still have to paint the body since right now its primer color , also i really need to pick out a color for the body

i might just sell the spare 27hp motor to help cover some of the cost

thanks guys

I have family with a brand new 27 kaw w/c twin, I was eying it this weekend. Considered putting it in a cart but didn't want to drop the cradle that much....the thing is really tall to fit under the seat. I'd love to build a 4 seat trail rider and use it but time does not permit. They have to be a boss in a cart.

mine has 10" of lift but this 27hp w/c seems to be about the same as the other vanny's except for the rad in front of the motor which i will relocate no problem, plus i dont really off road and i am going to use the factory skid plate ,im going to change the rear suspension setup on the rear with 2 front sport atv shocks and unhook the rear shackles i had it set up like that before and add 2 regular shocks on the back and it rode like a caddy , right now it rides like a log wagon, i have 6 ruptured and bulged disk and scoliosis so it get to me after a while riding it.
the front shock set up i used 2 rear shocks from a 92 lincoln town car and it rode so nice and smooth and soaked up the bumps really well.

if i was u just lift the cart more , i really hate how rough these workhorse's ride but then again there made to carry like 1k lbs. in the bed plus 2 people and the cart is not light itself with the metal bed

plus i finally desided no longer to let my workers use my cart because every **** time i let them use it something breaks the next day or two when i goto use it and and it really pisses me of to no end , i hate having to put money into to repair it when im not the one that broke it , and i hate to say it either when i let my sisters kids ride it breaks a day later because they baja it like its a **** atv and the go pedal to the floor so every time they come over i disconnect on wire on the ign switch so it wont run lol
