Re: Culumbia 2007 Summit suv-l - hi low switch
between Philadelphia, PA and Wilmington DE. What I forgot to check to continuity with the switch installed but if the wires are ok I do not see how that would make a difference.
If the wires are ground pin 6 what else could it be if not the controller? a bad Molex connection? |

Re: Culumbia 2007 Summit suv-l - hi low switch
Measure the voltage at the side of the switch where it goes to pin 6. It should measure 5 volts as it is a hi data signal. Then when you flip switch for turtle would go to 0.
This is where a handset would be handy to see what the controller sees. |

Re: Culumbia 2007 Summit suv-l - hi low switch
I measured 4.6v on wire 22 with respect to wire 23. installed the switch 0 volts no difference in top speed.
I tried turning the switch with the cart on and with the cart off to see if that made a difference. |

Re: Culumbia 2007 Summit suv-l - hi low switch
Its possible the controller is programmed for 100% in hi and low. Just though about that. There would be a sticker on the controller To the right of the serial number. Can you see if it is still there?

Re: Culumbia 2007 Summit suv-l - hi low switch
Something new happed today. It is running great in forward. Intermittently it does not want to move in reverse.
This and the no hi-lo, could these be signs the controller is failing? |
