Re: Icon i20 - Suspension Question
True. But they advertise these carts as state of the art and claim developed by dealers after years of experience. If Yamaha, Club Car, Ezgo.... All have better ride, then they could easily do it or at least offer an upgrade. You don't need to go larger than stock tires on any of these other carts for a decent ride. All 3 I named also use same suspension on lead acid battery carts as they do for optional lithium and they ride fine either way. It's not rocket science, just need to have an engineer, mechanic, or tinkerer figure it out.

Re: Icon i20 - Suspension Question
I posted somewhere in another thread here that I recently replaced the original crappy tires on my non lifted i40F with steel belted radials 205 - 65/10s and it is a huge improvement. I also added 1in foam tape under both seats. Now I'm going to add spacers to the fronts to see if it eliminates the slight rubbing when making tight turns and if not I'll probably shave a little of the wheel well covers where it rubs. I also picked up about 4mph , so I'm happy with the results so far.

Spacers will probably make the problem worse. They'll move the tires c!oser to the wheel well when you turn.
