Uno battery for Ezgo TXT

I have a 2008 Ezgo formerly 36v PDS converted to 48v TXT48 with Alltrax control, admiral motor, and 6/8v trojan batteries.
Uno has been kind enough let me test one of their batteries so I took the 6/8v out. Boy were they heavy. Each one of them weighed about 60 pounds... I put the single Uno battery in the front center spot. It has the footprint of 1 wet cell battery and about the same weight... So the cart lost 300 pounds. That is about 33% of the total weight.
I downloaded the UNO app, scanned my battery QR code and registered. All instructions, safety information, installation and use guidance is online.
I'm charging now.
The app diagnostics are impressive. It shows voltage for each cell, battery charge temperature, percentage of charge, charge amperage, time left until full, and more. And it has a handy idiot light that flashes the current battery charge condition. Those blink codes are something every owner should make themselves familiar with.

I prefer to charge all batteries at night when it's cooler. But I'm anxious to collect a file.

I think what drew their interest was 1. I am an Eco battery dealer with 20 + combo kits under my belt and 2. I expressed interest in doing a head to head comparison between Uno and Eco with 2 nearly identical Ezgos. But yes, that was very kind of them and I wanted to be transparent about that.

I keep as many as 10 R&D carts which are testing as many products and more in our daily work, ranch chores, and off road adventures. I don't know anybody else who is doing that consistently over the last 10 years. Which is why I am very particular about what we recommend.

It seems we ran into a problem with the Alltrax control and the Uno battery. Uno R&D is working hard at the solution and promising to send a 'gen2' battery next week.

Can you elaborate on the issues Scotty? I can’t see why the Alltrax controller would cause any specific issues that any other controller wouldn’t.
