Accurate 36 V state of charge and volt meter
Looking for an accurate state of charge/voltmeter for my 36 volt ezgo cart. I installed a digital state of charge meter several years ago that has the bars that illuminate but they never move off full charge. What meter is is the best?

I'm using one of these cheap Chinese meters and it's pretty inaccurate... When you're looking for the best, check out the Murata DMR20-10

I use this one. It tracks current in and out and gives real time draw information. It allows me to find the most efficient cruise speed and see exactly how many amp/hrs are left in my battery. I have a 250w solar panel as a roof, and it monitors that charge as well as my onboard charger.
Like any good capacity meter, you must tell it the AH of the battery, or tell it what is full and what is dead. If you don't calibrate it first you will have problems like you are describing where the bars never move off full, or empty. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0824X5MKM...roduct_details |
