I am running 23"x10"x8" tires. With 6" jakes spindle lift. I am very pleased with the way it handles, now that i have got the steering tightened up some. We will see how it handles going 20mph.

That is the setup I will be running also. I just did the solid state controller conversion first, now paint, and then lift, wheels, tires, and also a Jake's front hydraulic brake system. New custom seats will follow. This is my winter long project before camping season starts again. D&D motor later. Oh and 6 new 8 volt batteries!!!

Just bought me a 94' club car 36 volt. Already getting her painted so i have to do something to up the power and speed as it will have the duty of pulling my 3600 lb. race car around the track all day. I have 6 trojan batteries with 02-03 hand engraved in them, they look the same age. Does that mean they are 2003 models?

and the big question, can I do what you guys are doing in this strand!!!

Trojan Batteries Have the Month A thru L and the year 0 thru 9 on the + Posative Post
of each Battery so "C 5" would be March 2005 ....etc.

Before I do the upgrade in the aformentioned posts can I just get 6 8 volt batteries and put them in and run it like it is for a while. Or will I melt something. And then do the conversion in a couple of months? Keep in mind I will be pulling a 3500 lb. around at the race track.

I just found out that I have a cart that has the little (resistors?) wound up windy things with cables running to it behind the batteries and was told that my cart was a less desirable.
