Couple of updated pics. All wiring is done. Still working on front panel. You can see the new fuse holder I put in for lights and horn. Much nicer I think.

My thread must really suck since no responses. I really thought some of this would be helpful.

Not sucking at all! I thought this was just "another radio install" based on the title. That is some of the best rigging I've seen on a golf cart, reminds me of the engine compartment of a high end powerboat.

I'll be watching from now on

Are you using stinger cable too? Looks to be 0gauge.

Colt,

Yeah, stinger 4 gauge. I had it left over from my CTS-V install. You might find this thread interesting.

Liquid Lenny body is in. 2012 Ford black paint with a ton of clear.

Cut speaker holes for the Alpine 6-1/2 coax's. They will run off the Alpine deck. I figure if my batteries start getting low I'll turn the amp off and just run these off the deck. Simple toggle switch on the remote lead for amp. I also installed a 1/2" HPDE brace behind the speakers that got glued and screwed with the Alpine speaker screws to give the body some more support for the speakers. Pics below.

Sub enclosure almost done. It fits perfectly. Just needs a coat of bedliner and it's done.

Speakers installed. Brace on the back to help. Speakers are bolted in. Still need a few bolts.
