Re: What did you do to/for your club car today?
Quote:
It works Once you run the cart and when it sits, the batteries will all be within .05 volts or less balanced between each other. Its great to keep them balanced before you charge them so they are all equal already. The batteries each have a 100amp BMS Peak 150 amp for 30 seconds more than enough for my little stock setup and small controller I have a picture somewhere of the battery opened up to see the BMS and it also has a individual CELL balancer board on the battery BMS as well to balance the individual battery cells for longer life In the town of Lithium I think balanced cells is key |

Re: What did you do to/for your club car today?
Been looking for a good cc ds for my brothers family to enjoy as a Xmas gift. While out working I found a cart. Going to start cleaning her up this weekend and figure out what it needs.

It’s an old resistor cart like mine. In good shape. Needs batteries. Hopefully he will go my route and trick it out.

Converted the rear seat area previous owner had built on my car into a carry shelf to mount my tool cases too.
I run around a multi acre multi building work site so needed a way to securely transport my tools and parts. |

Well, it was time for new tires so I took the opportunity to ditch the glossy and shiny rims and incorporate the matte black to better match the rest of the cart. Next and maybe the last thing left is paint the aluminum front body trim matte black. I'm pleased with the tread design on these tires also.
