Thanks G!!! Seemed to me like I should document the process as long as I was doing it. I think a lot of people are afraid to tear into their rear end because it looks like it would be complicated but it's really not, especially these Dana's. There is nothing to shim or anything like that and pretty much no way to get anything to far out of kilter with such a simple design. Hopefully I've done everything correctly!!

Well I'm glad you took the time to do it for all of us. I guess that is the only thing I've never taken a part on any cart is the gear's.

And I'm the opposite. I've had a ton of rear end trouble with this cart so unfortunately this is the part that I know the best by far.

Yea I remember the shavings issue. I guess I've been lucky on that. I have never had a bad one. Kep up the good work and this one should be a keeper no matter which way it ends up.
