The green light is the status light and should always be steady. If there is a fault it will blink and you count the blinks to help determine what's wrong, like the old kind of check engine blink code before OBD reading.

thought I typed a reply but must not have hit send.

The green status light should be steady unless there is a fault. Then it would flash a code, like the old check engine lights before OBD readers.

pin 4 - standby 4.714 vdc depressed - 0 vdc

pin 10 - 0.002 vdc - 0.005 vdc


well I think im seeing my issue.

what is the actual resistance for the potbox leads on the black and white so I can check them out. im assuming that is going to be my issue.

well i'm assuming 1.6 - 4.2 isn't close enough, so that means im going to be buying a potbox.
will any 0-5000 potbox work, or does it need to be a Columbia switch? I have an ezgo and club car place not to far from me and I would like to get this baby up and running.

Also, do I need to be concerned about the light on the controller always on?
