After trying to get the single hall switch to work I gave up and bought a new high speed magnet on e-bay for $50.00. Replaced the magnet and saw an increase of 2 to 4 MPH (flat ground or uphill. There is not much torque when you get up past 14 MPH. Also the regen braking does not kick in which I would guess is due to the controller is getting less pulses than before.

Hello,
I am interesting in making a link like the one everyone has been talkin about in this forum.
I was wondering what the latest version of the schematic looked like and wondering how well it worked. Other than that I have gotten my "thinkin wheels" moving again.

Has the list of parts changed since the beginning of the topic?

Thank you in advance.

Awesome Thank you very much, I think this is something I can work with.

I did how ever noticed two ground locations coming from the voltage regulator and the divider chip, where do I ground these at???

multiple ground symbols are often used to simplify the drawing. not sure why he did it like that.... ok, i fixed it.

i had figured that, but I was wondering where on the golf cart does this ground too. The negative end of the seriesed batteries? or a certain ground spot near the motor?

just to the black wire on the harness.... this device goes inline between the sensor and the harness. you can cut the factory harness to wire it in or order the proper plugs and pins so its easily removable. up to you.

red = +
black = -
green = pulse

make sense?
