![]() Hi Guys, I've just replaced my stock solenoid with an MZJ-400 (I already have the Navitas 440 controller).
All seems well. I have used the diode that came with the solenoid but I kept the stock pre-charge resistor. My questions is - should I have replaced the stock resistor with the new resistor? Thanks. |

![]() Okay, today I put in the new Admiral MOT-D2 motor and replaced all the high power cables. I took out the stock resistor as it is wired into the B+ lead and put in the resistor that came with the solenoid.
