Well, the governor is no problem... you foot is the gov!
As for your brakes, they may just need to be adjusted. After time, the cables stretch so they need to be tightened. |

well i slimed the tires and cut off the drive belt............ and NOW IT ROLLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i moved it from its grave as of about 5 years ago!!! YYYYYYAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYY now i need to fix the engine... oh and i gave it a wash and sprayed the steering wheel so i dont get that plasic dust that happens when plastic gets old YAAAAAAY oh and i lied pics on like monday.....im going to napa (the city) for 4 days
