Default 2016 AC Powertech Motor

Wondering if anyone has specs on the AC Power Tech motor and the controller that is used?

Also how reliable this motor and controller is?

I have one and was thinking to convert it to Lithium next year.

I have this exact model, 2016 with AC motor and i have heard its one of the biggest and best ones in a cart.
I added a Navitas and can spin on gravel, and go 35mph.
I would love to try lithium on it! do it!
Im thinking it would get unsafe on the suspension before you top out on speed.
also range would be insane

Thanks for the reply. I was hoping someone here might have the actual specifications of the motor and controller and who makes it.

Seems hard to find details on the AC Yamaha Golf Carts.

I believe it’s the Toyota neos controller. 350amp. Model 48M350F

Yep, that's the one I have. I believe it is set for 14 mph, but can be programmed as high as 19.5mph, but I don't know of anyone doing any custom programming on them to get any more speed out of them. Only option I know of is the navitas controller which will take you to 30+.

Thanks. How about the motor? Any idea who makes it and the model number?
