Choke cable
How is everyone hooking up the choke cable on the predator 420cc? Also how can I fix the carb were I don't have to choke on every start

Re: Choke cable
I will try to get a picture... I drilled a hole in the plastic choke lever on the carb and put the cable end right into it.

Re: Choke cable
You can buy a Honda bracket that bolts right on and allows a cable to be hooked right up. Part # 16590-ZE2-812
It's well worth it, just buy one and be done with it! |

Re: Choke cable
I have an aftermarket open element air filter. on the back of the filter adapter is 2 dilled and tapped holes and a short piece of aluminum angle bolts on and holds the plastic choke arm to. I drilled a hole in the choke arm for the cable. works perfect.
