I've always experienced a voltage sag when the cart is demanding a large amp draw. Heck, even a small one.

My cables are HD (I don't recall the gauge at this moment) and my bus bars were drilled by me. I got the copper bars from McMasters-Carr.

Product #8964K5 Multipurpose 110 Copper Bar, 1/8" Thick, 3/4" Wide, 2 Feet Long

They must have changed the product code as the link no longer takes me to that product..

FWIW, I've only had my LV relay trip when my "sitting voltage" is at 50.0V. That is the "knee" of the lithium and actually, when\if my pack voltage drops to 51V resting, I charge it up.

After I posted the above, I looked at my pic of the spreadsheet file and began thinking that the voltage (in that pic) max was 51V. The max charge of the pack that I have the charger set to is 57V.

At first I thought this was a data file from using my old FLA's.....but upon looking a the date that data was taken, it was with my lithium batteries. And I'm pretty sure that's before my self-imposed, don't let it drop to 50V without charging.

Anyway......FWIW

Yea, there's not much left in the leaf cell at 3.5v (49v pack voltage) I missed that part of it.
