Resistor Coil Rust? (‘83 Marathon 36v)
How does surface rust affect the carts performance? Do I need to clean these up?
I’m hoping to upgrade/convert to solid state (& possibly motor) over the winter with a ScottyB kit. Until then, I’m cleaning up all electrical connections and other things that can be easily accomplished w/o tearing it apart. |

As long as it's only "surface rust" that should not affect performance.
