Default NEOS 48M350B programming cable problem

Hi everyone,

I am trying to program the NEOS 48M350B controller, I downloaded the software "Tune" and the wiring diagram.

For the cable I use a CAN-to-USB converter as in the photo, this converter comes with an SJC SLIDER AC controller which uses CAN also.

But I have no connection the screen looks as in the photo, I try to change the baud rate in the setting to 38400,9600 but nothing happens.

Any help?

[IMG][/IMG]I found that it's a standard CAN interface, I think must work but missing some driver or configuration.

If anyone have the software run normally, please screenshot the configurations.

Any help will be appreciated
I have also mcp2515 which I can connect with Arduino to be seen as a COM port. But I think the adapter I have must work with the correct configuration, or do I need to buy CANUSB from LAWICEL?
https://www.canusb.com/sales/

Thanks in advance!

"Working Properly"?

Next, make sure the usb vid/pid pair are:
VID=0403 PID=6001
You can find those again in properties, under the details tab. There is a dropdown box there - look for hardware ID's...

I am using 3 wires into the molex - if you are looking into the molex, for the purposes of this discussion, I am labeling them:
12
34
where "1" is upper left looking into the connector with the little locking nub on top
and "4" is lower right.

1 - not used
2 - GND
3 - CAN H
4 - CAN L

Thanks, Bob for your reply.

I have the same USB vid/pid pairs, and I am connecting wires right.
*note in 48M350B no third wire for ground just CAN L&H.

Also, I try this application and no adapter appears(I think just LAWICEL adapter will appear here).

What should I do now?

In the FTDI Program, mine shows up, starting with Chip Type, and ending at EEPROM Type:

FT245R
0x0403
0x6001
CANUSB
LW0GQxxx
LAWICEL
0x131
Internal EEPROM

Not sure what the software is actually looking for. I think you can edit
one or more of these...
