Starting a restore of a 1976 AMF Harley gas golf cart. Need to see where I am at but want to start with the right size battery.

Re: Battery
I use a group 24 and Sams club has a deep cycle for around $70.00. It is a 24M? Iused that one last time on my own cart and it has been running for 6 years now.
